How we handle your data, short and clear.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When the pages are accessed, technically necessary server log files (including IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type) are processed in order to ensure delivery and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and consent
Technically necessary cookies are required for operation and cannot be deselected. All other categories load only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR):
Analytics: anonymous reach measurement. Third party: embedded content from Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Your selection is stored locally in your browser (localStorage key „fokus-cookie-consent“) and can be reset at any time by clearing your browser storage.
4. Third party content (Social Feed)
In the social feed we embed content from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and TikTok (TikTok Technology Ltd.). This content is loaded only after you have consented to the „Third party“ category. Before that you see only a placeholder with a direct link to the respective platform; no data is transferred to the providers.
With your consent, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to the providers when the content loads, possibly also to third countries. Their privacy policies apply in addition.
5. Reach measurement
With consent to the „Analytics“ category we use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, cookieless measurement of website usage. No personal profiles are created. Without consent no analytics script is loaded.
6. Other integrated services
Live status and streams are loaded server side via the Twitch API; schedules via the Google Calendar API. These requests are made through our server, without your browser connecting directly to the providers.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
